The beautiful song, “Shades of Grey” (1967) was performed by The Monkees and is the property of Rhino Entertainment. Also the only Shades of Grey that I consider worth my time.

According to Wikipedia and that London map website I love using, Richmond Terrace is directly across from Downing Street.
I like the idea that Mycroft’s main headquarters is technically not in Whitehall like the majority of England’s government branches’ offices are based, but close enough. I’m easily amused.
Also, was I the only one who thought the office in the series 1 finale was just not Mycroft’s? There were three windows and that transom opening over the door that would be child’s play for an assassin to use. Several assassins at the same time! And the décor was like it was right out of some f

A light brown-haired man with thick “professor” style glasses and overall “university professor with a cheap clothing budget” apparel enjoys studying a Grigor Narekatsi manuscript on display when his cheap cell phone vibrates in his jacket. He quickly moves out of the way of other visitors and answers it. “Barev Dzez?” (Hello?)
“Am I speaking to Mr. Sigerson?”
He checks around. He’s in a

This chapter was hard to write. Early August 2016, I was in the writing zone and felt optimistic that I would finish and post the whole story at the end of the month. But then we received the news that my paternal grandmother passed away. It wasn’t that much of a shock as we deep down knew her time was coming but it still was hard. We flew to Nebraska and had the funeral the day before my birthday. I wasn’t that upset because sometimes life just messes with you and my poor dad just lost the last of his childhood family, so my priorities were better focused. After the funeral and everything that happens afterwards, we drove to Norf

The casino is named after George Zucco who played Moriarty in “The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes” (1939), and a Nazi in “Sherlock Holmes in Washington” (1943). To my mind, he is the definitive Moriarty! His Moriarty is everything I expect from Holmes’ greatest enemy. Brilliant, and diabolically twisted at the same time, but not in an obvious way like Andrew Scott’s Moriarty, though his take on the classic villain is good too. In one scene, Zucco calmly, yet with anger in his tone, explains to his butler that he was on trial for “merely” killing a man, but for damaging one of his prize flowers, h

“Sherlock” is the property of Steven Moffat, Mark Gatiss, and the BBC which in turn is based on the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
I only own the plots of these stories and a few OCs.
In all my “Sherlock” stories, I have tried my absolute best to write as “British” as possible, but there will be times where my American will be showing. Sometimes because I just couldn’t find the British equivalent or had no idea there was a British equivalent. And in regards to clothing terminology, the metric system vs. United States customary units, etc. I had to use the American v
Everytime Sherlock was too drugged out of his mind or was so exhausted from working on a case, his body simply shut down, the only conscious thing his Mind Palace could recall before complete blackness were hands. Every single time, just hands.
The first pair of hands were expensively manicured, elegant like they were made to play the piano, and never wore a wristwatch when an expensive pocket watch and/or an expensive cell phone would do. They had a hard, unrelenting grip as they got Sherlock to bed without brooking any resistance from him. They were always cold. No matter the time of year or the weather, the hands were cool to the
